Returns & Exchanges
We will only accept cancellations on orders within 24 hours of the order.
You may exchange non-customized/personalized items. Buyer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the item. The full amount (minus shipping) will be refunded to the customer in store credit within 5-7 days of us receiving the return. Please include your name and order # with the return. Please contact us directly for return shipping address.
Because of the nature of these items, unless products arrive damaged or defective, we WILL NOT accept exchanges for:
- Custom / personalized items
- Items on sale
- Holiday related items
It is important that you measure your pets neck and compare it to the size chart, we will not accept exchanges or returns for personalized items.
If items are missing please view your USPS tracking number and open a case with your local post office. I take ALL ORDERS to our local post office the same day you receive your tracking email. If you do not have an update on your order I know as much as you do and your package is likely held up with USPS.
